La personne titulaire du poste est responsable de fournir l’assistance technique aux membres du personnel en ce qui a trait aux équipements informatiques et aux logiciels de bureautique utilisés dans le but d’en assurer le bon fonctionnement. En collaboration avec son équipe, elle participe à la mise à jour des systèmes d’exploitation, des logiciels ainsi que des périphériques de l’infrastructure technologique de l’Ordre.
Principales responsabilités / activités
- Reçoit, traite, résout et documente les demandes de services, les incidents ainsi que les problèmes. Identifie et transmet les incidents ou les problématiques de nature plus complexe à son équipe;
- Effectue l’installation, la configuration, l’entretien, la réparation et le remplacement des équipements ainsi que des logiciels de bureautique. Voit à l’entretien ainsi qu’à l’installation sur les prêts d’équipements, s’assure de leur retour dans un délai raisonnable et de leur bon fonctionnement;
- Réalise le maintien de l’inventaire des équipements et des logiciels de l’infrastructure technologique de l’Ordre;
- Assure la formation en matière d’utilisation des équipements et des logiciels, notamment lors de l’arrivée d’un nouveau ou d’une nouvelle membre du personnel ou de changements technologiques impliquant le personnel de l’Ordre;
- Participe à la rédaction ainsi qu’à la mise à jour des guides et procédures d’utilisation des équipements et des logiciels;
- Contribue à la réalisation de tâches diverses dans différents projets de sa direction et participe à l’analyse de différentes solutions;
- Prépare et assure la disponibilité du matériel pour les centres d’examen et, au besoin, offre un soutien sur place pendant la tenue de ceux-ci;
- Effectue la gestion et veille à l’exactitude des comptes utilisateurs liés à l’infrastructure technologique de l’Ordre lors de la mobilité de personnel, plus particulièrement lors des arrivées et des départs;
- Effectue toute autre tâche requise dans le cadre de ses fonctions.
Ce poste demande une présence au bureau de 4 jours par semaine du lundi au jeudi. Vendredi en télétravail.
La personne titulaire du poste doit être disponible pour effectuer des heures supplémentaires lorsque requis.

Formation et expérience
- Diplôme d'études collégiales (DEC) en informatique ou autre domaine connexe
- 2 à 4 ans d’expérience dans un poste comportant des fonctions et responsabilités similaires.
- Une combinaison de formation dans ce domaine et d'années d'expérience pertinentes pourrait également être considérée.

Position Overview
The Estimator is responsible for preparing cost estimates and bids for service contracts. As an Animal Health Technician for our Toxicology team in Laval, you will be responsible for the well-being of our laboratory animals. Your contribution will ensure the health of our animals, as well as the integrity of our pre-clinical studies.
In this role, primary responsibilities include:
- Collection of biological samples (blood, urine, etc.);
- Data collection (body weight, food consumption, clinical signs, etc.);

Exigences minimales
We are looking for the following minimum qualifications for this role:
- College Diploma in Animal Health - New graduates are welcome, no working experience required!;

As an Animal Care Clerk for our Toxicology team located in Laval, you will be responsible for the well-being of our laboratory animals. Your contribution will ensure the health of our animals, as well as the integrity of our pre-clinical studies.

Description du poste
En tant que Technicien(ne) en ingénierie et opérations, vous participerez à l’exploitation, à l’entretien et à l’optimisation des systèmes essentiels du centre de données.
Vos responsabilités incluront notamment :
- Effectuer l’inspection, l’entretien préventif et le dépannage des systèmes mécaniques et électriques.
- Répondre aux incidents techniques afin de maintenir la continuité des opérations.
- Surveiller les systèmes critiques et analyser leur performance.
- Participer à l’amélioration continue des installations afin d’accroître l’efficacité et de réduire les coûts d’exploitation.
- Collaborer avec des équipes multidisciplinaires dans un environnement hautement technique et dynamique.
- Respecter les procédures de sécurité et les normes opérationnelles les plus élevées.

Qualifications minimales
- Minimum d’un (1) an d’expérience en entretien de bâtiment ou en maintenance d’installations.

- Capacité à obtenir et à maintenir une cote de fiabilité active du gouvernement du Canada.

As an Analyst for our Analytical Chemistry team located at the Laval site, you will perform batch analysis works generated by activities in a Good Laboratory Practice (GLP) compliant environment.

The Estimator is responsible for preparing cost estimates and bids for service contracts.
This role sits within the finance function and is exclusively focused on cost estimation, financial analysis, and proposal preparation.
The position involves collaboration with internal teams to gather required information for estimates, ensure accuracy of cost assumptions, and validate data used for pricing and bid development.
The ideal candidate is analytical, organized, detail-oriented, and has experience in landscaping and/or winter services, including municipal and public sector contracts.

Estimation & Bidding
- Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for: Landscaping maintenance and turf management, Seasonal planting and landscape enhancements, Landscape construction and small-scale projects, Snow and ice management services
- Evaluate labour, material, equipment, and production rates to develop competitive bids
- Review site plans, drawings, specifications, and tender documents (RFP/RFQ)
- Prepare compliant proposals for municipal, provincial, federal, and institutional contracts
- Analyze historical cost data to improve estimating accuracy and pricing strategies
Financial Analysis
- Ensure accuracy and consistency of data used for pricing
- Analyze historical performance and cost data to optimize pricing strategies
- Contribute to continuous improvement of estimating models and cost structures
Systems & Documentation
- Use Aspire to develop estimates and structure bid data
- Maintain production rates, pricing sheets, and cost models
- Clearly document assumptions, inclusions, and exclusions in all proposals
- Ensure data integrity to support financial reporting and analysis
Qualifications
- University degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Finance, Business, Physics, or a related field
- 1 to 3 years of experience in estimating, analysis, or a similar analytical role
- Experience with government or institutional tenders (asset)
- Knowledge of landscaping or snow removal operations (asset)
