Own multifamily search strategy remotely with Blacksmith Agency, focusing on technical SEO, content priorities, and AI search visibility. Canada, South Africa, and USA candidates are welcome.
As SEO Strategist, Multifamily, you guide search for multifamily owners and property management groups with large portfolios. You set technical roadmaps, shape keyword and content strategy, and explain ranking changes to clients. Paid media remains separate from this search-focused seat.
Principales responsabilités
- Manage crawl, indexation, site speed, schema, and architecture
- Develop keyword strategies and on-page optimization priorities
- Improve visibility across Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT, and Perplexity
- Direct links, local search, and multi-location SEO
- Report through GA4 and Search Console; create quarterly roadmaps
Exigences
- Three or more years of hands-on SEO experience
- Fluency with Search Console, GA4, Screaming Frog, and Ahrefs or Semrush
- Agency experience managing several clients simultaneously
- Clear spoken English for live calls with US clients
- Multifamily or similar multi-location SEO experience is strongly preferred
