Delivery driver Merchandiser

We are currently looking for motivated candidates to join our team as a Delivery Driver. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the delivery and visual presentation of floral products in our sales areas.

Responsibilities

• Organize floral products to optimize aesthetics and attract customers' attention;
• Ensure all floral products are fresh and meet company quality standards.
• Check accuracy/take customer orders;
• Ensure cleanliness and order in the merchandising area;
• Drive and maneuver a truck according to highway code regulations;
• Load and unload products from the truck;
• Establish and maintain good relationships with store personnel and ensure customer satisfaction;

REQUIREMENTS & PROFILE DESIRED

• Holder of a secondary school diploma 5 (or a recognized equivalence);
• Experience in similar functions (an asset);
• Valid driving license in Quebec, class 5 with good driving record;
• Knowledge of written and spoken French;
• Ability to work with little supervision (autonomy);
• Strong communication skills and comfortable establishing professional relationships with clients;
• Concern for the quality of service;
• Attendance and reliability;
• Ability to use a tablet (order taking);
• Ability to lift loads of 15 kg repetitively;

Working Hours

4 days/week, 10 hours/day (40 hrs/week)

Additional days including weekends (mandatory) during peak periods (Mother's Day, Valentine's Day - others)

We offer: Base salary + benefits including medical, dental, personal and illness days, telemedicine, casual dress, on-site parking.

Salary starting at $20/hour and adjustment after the probationary period.
