(English description will follow) Tu as une expertise approfondie en Google Ads et tu es à l’aise avec la gestion de campagnes e-commerce à fort volume ? Tu maîtrises Search, Shopping, Performance Max, les stratégies d’enchères et Google Merchant Center ? Une entreprise bien établie avec une forte présence e-commerce est actuellement à la recherche d’un(e) Spécialiste sénior SEM pour joindre son équipe à Montréal. Dans ce rôle, tu prendras directement en charge la gestion et l’optimisation des campagnes Paid Search, avec un fort niveau d’autonomie sur la performance, les budgets et les stratégies d’acquisition. Tes responsabilités :

• Gérer et optimiser les campagnes Google Ads : Search, Shopping et Performance Max
• Piloter les budgets et stratégies d’enchères, notamment Target ROAS
• Analyser les performances selon les principaux KPIs : ROAS, CPA, CPC et conversion
• Identifier et résoudre les enjeux de performance afin d’améliorer l’efficacité et la croissance des campagnes
• Travailler avec Google Merchant Center, les product feeds et GA4

Profil recherché :

• 4 ans d’expérience en SEM / Paid Media, avec une forte spécialisation Paid Search
• Expertise hands-on approfondie de Google Ads : Search, Shopping et Performance Max
• Expérience e-commerce et gestion de budgets médias importants
• Maîtrise du français et anglais courant pour converser avec de partenaires internationaux quotidiennement
• Bonne maîtrise de Google Merchant Center, product feeds et stratégies d’enchères
• Fortes capacités d’analyse, de troubleshooting et capacité à travailler de façon autonome

Montreal | Hybrid Do you have deep expertise in Google Ads and experience managing high-volume e-commerce campaigns? Are you highly comfortable with Search, Shopping, Performance Max, bidding strategies and Google Merchant Center ? A well-established company with a strong e-commerce presence is currently looking for a Senior SEM Specialist to join its Montreal team. In this role, you will take direct ownership of the management and optimization of Paid Search campaigns, with a high level of autonomy over performance, budgets and acquisition strategies. Your responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns across Search, Shopping and Performance Max
• Manage budgets and bidding strategies, including Target ROAS
• Analyze performance across key KPIs including ROAS, CPA, CPC and conversion rate
• Identify and resolve performance issues to improve campaign efficiency and growth
• Work with Google Merchant Center, product feeds and GA4

What we’re looking for:

• 4+ years of experience in SEM / Paid Media, with a strong focus on Paid Search
• Deep hands-on expertise with Google Ads: Search, Shopping and Performance Max
• E-commerce experience and experience managing significant media budgets
• Fluency in French and English, with the ability to communicate daily with international partners
• Strong knowledge of Google Merchant Center, product feeds and bidding strategies
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to work independently
