Location: Montreal, QC (Cote De Liesse) Hybrid (10 12 days/month on-site)

Position Type: Full-Time Contract (40 hours/week)

À propos du rôle

We are seeking an experienced IT Procurement Specialist (Buyer III) to join a dynamic Indirect Global Procurement and Supply Management (GPSM) team in Montreal. In this individual contributor role, you will drive high-complexity strategic sourcing projects, vendor management initiatives, process optimizations, and contribute directly to global digital transformation strategies.

Responsabilités clés

  • Strategic Sourcing & Category Execution: Co-draft and execute category strategies, establishing a multi-year pipeline of sourcing opportunities across assigned technology categories.

  • Vendor Negotiation & Management: Lead end-to-end deal negotiations with major enterprise software and IT vendors (e.g., Salesforce, ServiceNow, Microsoft, Oracle, VMware).

  • Business Advisory: Act as a trusted procurement advisor to internal business units, balancing multiple stakeholder interests while demonstrating an executive-level presence.

  • Data & Market Analysis: Build and maintain complex analytical models to support data-driven decision-making, leverage market insights, and evaluate strategic vendor proposals.

  • Process Optimization & Coaching: Drive continuous process improvement initiatives and mentor/coach junior team members.

Qualifications (obligatoires)

  • Bilingualism: Fully fluent in both French and English (written and spoken).

  • Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Law, or a related field, paired with at least 7 years of relevant experience in IT Product Technology Procurement.

  • Core Technical Expertise: Hands-on experience in strategic sourcing, technology procurement (Global IT Infrastructure, Cloud, and SaaS), and vendor selection/negotiation.

  • Vendor Track Record: Proven background negotiating enterprise agreements with major tech providers (Salesforce, ServiceNow, Microsoft, Oracle, VMware, etc.).

  • On-Site Availability: Ability to work on-site 10 12 days per month at the Cote De Liesse location in Montreal.
