Project Manager / Product Owner - AI

We are hiring a seasoned Project Manager / Product Owner to lead cross-functional AI initiatives, with a primary focus on enterprise deployment and enablement of Microsoft Copilot, OpenAI ChatGPT, Anthropic Claude, Grok, Gemini, and other AI products. The role will drive multi-region programmes from discovery through rollout and adoption while owning the product backlog, delivery roadmap, governance, security, compliance, and business value.

• Own end-to-end delivery of AI enablement initiatives from planning and governance through rollout, hypercare, and handover.
• Act as Product Owner for the AI portfolio, managing backlog, priorities, acceptance criteria, and release planning.
• Manage integrated plans, RAID logs, scope, dependencies, decision records, and executive reporting.
• Coordinate AI product configuration, deployment, and scaling aligned with security, compliance, DLP/Purview, SSO/SCIM, access management, and audit logging.
• Partner with engineering and L3 teams on integrations including M365, Entra ID, ServiceNow, and Azure OpenAI.
• Lead AI risk assessments, governance reviews, and security/design reviews.
• Drive training, communications, adoption, enablement, and success metrics.
• Monitor usage, performance, cost efficiency, and business outcomes.
• Bilingual English/French strongly preferred for Montreal-based stakeholders.

Exigences

• 8+ years of technology Project/Program Management experience in enterprise environments.
• Direct experience leading enterprise AI / LLM product deployments.
• Strong understanding of Generative AI and enterprise integration patterns.
• Experience with AI governance, risk, security, and compliance.
• Knowledge of DLP/Purview, access management, SSO/SCIM, audit logging, and encryption.
• Product Ownership experience including backlog management, acceptance criteria, and release planning.
• Strong stakeholder management, executive communication, risk management, and change managementskills.
• Experience with connectors and/or Power Platform.
• Familiarity with Python and/or PowerShell automation concepts.
• Experience in regulated industries / Financial Services is preferred.

Atouts

• PMP and/or Scrum certification.
• BSc/BA in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Experience with M365, Entra ID, ServiceNow, Azure OpenAI, and Power Platform.
• Experience working across global time zones and follow operating models
