Location: Canada (Only candidates legally entitled to work and currently residing in Canada will be considered)

We are a reputable recruitment agency passionate about finding top talent and delivering high-quality HR solutions. We are looking for a highly motivated Account Director to join our dynamic team and help drive business growth.

Responsabilités

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Identify and target companies in need of HR, Payroll, and Recruitment services.
• Present our recruitment solutions, highlighting our competitive advantages and HR expertise.
• Ensure client satisfaction and address any issues to maintain excellent retention rates.
• Collaborate with the internal recruitment team to develop customized proposals that meet each client’s specific needs.
• Stay up to date on the recruitment and employment landscape, conduct competitive analyses, and adjust strategies to maintain our advantage.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in a recruitment firm or similar service-based environment.
• Proven track record of selling services and exceeding sales targets.
• Bilingual in French & English (spoken and written) to communicate effectively with clients.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
• Results-oriented with a strong commercial mindset and work ethic.
• Ability to understand client needs and propose tailored solutions.
• Collaborative, persuasive, and relationship-oriented.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
