Consulting Partner – IT/Digital Consulting, Engineering & Design, Construction

The Consulting Partner – IT/Digital Consulting - a senior client-facing leadership role responsible for driving strategic growth, shaping digital transformation engagements, and delivering measurable business outcomes for clients. This role combines executive relationship management, consulting-led sales, solution shaping, and oversight of complex technology programs across areas such as cloud, data, AI, cybersecurity, enterprise platforms, and digital modernization. The role needs strong experience in Engineering & Design in Construction industry.

Principales responsabilités

  • Build and grow trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders, including CIOs, CTOs, CDOs, business leaders, and transformation sponsors.
  • Identify, originate, and convert new consulting opportunities in digital transformation, IT modernization, cloud, data, AI, enterprise applications, and managed services.
  • Lead consultative sales pursuits, including discovery, opportunity qualification, solution framing, commercial shaping, proposal development, and executive presentations.
  • Define transformation roadmaps and business cases that align technology investments with client strategy, operating model, and value realization goals.
  • Provide executive oversight across consulting engagements to ensure high-quality delivery, stakeholder alignment, risk management, and customer satisfaction.
  • Partner with delivery, architecture, engineering, and industry teams to develop integrated solutions tailored to client needs.
  • Drive account growth through cross-sell and up-sell opportunities by expanding the firm’s footprint within existing client organizations.
  • Mentor consulting teams and engagement leaders, promoting strong consulting practices, collaboration, and delivery excellence.
  • Stay current on market trends, emerging technologies, and competitive positioning to strengthen thought leadership and client advisory capabilities.
  • Support strategic planning, practice development, alliance partnerships, and go-to-market initiatives for the consulting business.

Exigences

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related field; master’s degree preferred.
  • 12+ years of experience in IT, digital, or management consulting, with significant experience in client leadership and business development.
  • Proven track record of selling and delivering complex digital transformation or IT consulting engagements.
  • Strong experience in Engineering & Design for Construction Industry
  • Strong understanding of enterprise technology landscapes, including cloud platforms, data and analytics, cybersecurity, enterprise applications, integration, and modernization.
  • Demonstrated ability to engage C-level stakeholders and influence strategic decisions.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams across consulting, delivery, and solutioning functions.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience in proposal strategy, pricing, contract shaping, and revenue growth.
  • Candidate needs to bilingual – English and French

Compétences préférées

  • Experience in one or more industries such as energy, resources, utilities, manufacturing, financial services, healthcare, or public sector related to construction.
  • Knowledge of digital operating models, agile delivery, product management, and change management.
  • Experience working with major technology ecosystems such as Microsoft, AWS, Google Cloud, SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, or ServiceNow preferred.
  • Ability to shape executive-level transformation narratives and value propositions.
  • Strong problem-solving orientation with the ability to operate in ambiguous, fast-changing environments.
  • Experience developing thought leadership, market propositions, and strategic partnerships.
