Position Overview
We are seeking a Banker Support Analyst to join the Loan Transaction Coordination team within Credit & Portfolio Management. This role supports Corporate Banking clients by assisting with new deal setup, ongoing transaction maintenance, data integrity, credit-related requests, and operational controls.
The ideal candidate will have a background in Finance, Business, Data Analytics, or Financial Services, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced banking environment.
Key Responsibilities
New Deal Support
Support the setup of new client accounts and transactions.
Create groups, attach/detach legal entities, update client coverage, and verify Relationship Manager assignments.
Analyze newly opened account data and remediate deficiencies identified through data quality controls and feed breaks.
Ensure accurate and timely completion of new deal-related activities.
Ongoing Deal & Data Maintenance
Submit required forms through internal platforms to maintain data integrity across local systems.

Maintain accurate information within global repository systems, including:
Legal name changes
Management entity amendments
Client coverage updates
Mergers and absorptions
Duplicate record remediation
Manage Economic Dependency relationships to link legal entities to appropriate Business Groups.
Respond to inquiries related to credit lines, regulatory status, outstanding items, fees, and other referential, risk, and transactional data requests.
Controls & Client Support
Provide first-level operational support and controls to help mitigate regulatory, compliance, operational, and credit risks.
Support Corporate Banking teams with client relationship management and transaction execution activities.
Research and resolve data discrepancies and transaction-related issues.
Provide accurate and timely responses to internal stakeholders and business partners.
Process Improvement & Team Support
Participate in data collection, reporting, and ad hoc projects.
Identify opportunities to improve processes, controls, and team efficiency.
Collaborate with team leaders and stakeholders to implement process improvements.
Work effectively within a team while managing multiple priorities and tight deadlines.
Required Qualifications
Undergraduate degree in Finance, Business, Data Science, Economics, or a related field preferred.
1–3 years of experience in financial services, preferably within Corporate Banking, Credit, Loan Operations, or a related environment.
Understanding of Corporate Banking products and credit processes.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.
Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask.
Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Comfortable adapting to changing priorities and business requirements.
Technical Skills – Nice to Have

VBA
Experience working with data repositories, financial systems, or internal banking platforms.
