Guidewire Solutions Architecture Advisor

Responsabilités

• Define solution architectures that meet business needs and ensure alignment between business sectors and IT teams.

• Evaluate impacts, dependencies, costs, and scope for proposed solutions.

• Produce architecture documentation and deliverables covering functional and non-functional requirements.

• Determine technological directions and ensure compliance with organizational standards.

• Guide teams in detailed design and solution integration, acting as a technical reference for Guidewire.

• Describe and simplify solutions using architectural diagrams and models (ideally Archimate).

• Define transition, conversion, cohabitation, and decommissioning strategies.

• Mentor developers and define/promote best practices related to Guidewire Cloud.

• Challenge technical decisions to ensure high-performance, secure, and scalable solutions.

Ce que vous devez avoir

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent.

• Experience: 8+ years in a Solution Architecture or related role, including 5+ years with the Guidewire suite.

• Technical Proficiency:

  Mastery of Guidewire suite (PolicyCenter, ClaimCenter, BillingCenter).

  Knowledge of Guidewire APIs and Advanced Product Designer (APD).

  Mastery of Gosu language and PCF page configuration.

  Experience with application integration (API, Web Services, event-driven architecture, microservices).

  Understanding of on-premise and cloud deployment concepts (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS, CaaS).

  Mastery of architecture frameworks and Archimate notation.

• Soft Skills: Excellent communication and ability to explain complex technical concepts; strong ability to manage priorities and work in a matrix environment.

• Language: Fluency in French (oral and written) is mandatory; intermediate-advanced level in English.
