Practice Evolution: Define and improve practices, tools, methods, and processes related to capacity management.

Strategic Alignment: Ensure tight alignment with business priorities, departmental needs, and investment plan delivery issues.

Governance & Reporting: Manage governance, performance indicators, and accountability mechanisms in a large-scale, structured environment.

Stakeholder Management: Influence, counsel, and challenge stakeholders with tact. Manage competing priorities and evolving needs while navigating complex, matrix environments.

Analysis & Communication: Diagnose complex issues, synthesize information, and provide concrete, realistic solutions. Translate complex data into clear reports for executive decision-making.
What you must have:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline.

Experience: Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience.

Domain Expertise: Demonstrated experience in workforce planning, capacity management, or resource planning.

Organizational Scope: Experience working in large, complex, or highly structured matrix environments.

Methodology: Strong knowledge of project and program management practices.

Technical Proficiency:
Advanced proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite (specifically Excel and PowerPoint).
User-level knowledge of Power BI and SharePoint.
Proficiency in project or portfolio management tools (Planisware or Project Online).

Language: Fluency in French is required.
