Le/la Chef.fe, excellence client est un rôle de leadership terrain assurant l’excellence opérationnelle dans un centre de distribution partiellement automatisé. Vous faites le pont entre les opérations d’entrepôt, la gestion des stocks, le service à la clientèle et les projets d’amélioration continue.

Responsabilités principales

• Gestion administrative et service à la clientèle, soutien aux opérations quotidiennes (réception, picking, réapprovisionnement, expédition), suivi et amélioration de la productivité, de la qualité et des niveaux de service.
• Responsable de la précision et de l’intégrité des stocks (contexte SOX), pilotage des comptages cycliques, résolution des écarts, optimisation du slotting et gestion des stocks morts/backorders.
• Suivi des KPI de performance (débit, temps d’arrêt, erreurs), collaboration avec fournisseurs, IT et maintenance, analyse de causes racines.
• Pilotage d’initiatives Lean (5S, standardisation, réduction des gaspillages), projets transversaux (redesign d’aménagement, intégration d’automatisation, numérisation) et élaboration de dossiers d’affaires avec analyse ROI.
• Leadership et développement d’une équipe multidisciplinaire de à personnes (administration, service client, amélioration continue, contrôle des stocks et qualité).

Sous le capot

• Baccalauréat en gestion des opérations, logistique ou ingénierie avec 5 ans d’expérience en leadership dans la logistique ou la chaîne d’approvisionnement et avec expérience en environnement automatisé.
• Expertise en gestion des stocks et WMS
• Expérience en gestion de projets et Lean
• Maîtrise de l’analyse de données (Excel, Power BI)
