This is a 12-month full time contract position.

Write copy and produce content, co-ordinate the execution of relationship marketing campaigns and manage digital communications in accordance with corporate standards and policies.

Fonctions

  • Monitor current events, trends and industry developments relevant to the department.
  • Collaborate on developing relevant, high-impact relationship marketing strategies that meet business goals in line with established priorities and guidelines (asset).
  • Participate in meetings with cross-functional partners to brainstorm ideas, propose concepts and share perspectives.
  • Research, gather, curate and verify information from various sources.
  • Create newsletters and push notifications using Adestra and Airship (asset).
  • Select visual assets. Source, license or commission images.
  • Write engaging, informative and promotional copy for editorial calendars, tailoring the style to each specific platform.
  • Curate, select and integrate hyperlinks into digital content.
  • Proofread and edit your own copy and assist colleagues with theirs as needed.
  • Collaborate in organizing interactive activities (moderating forums, live chat, discussion boards, etc.) and participate in them.
  • Monitor the progress of ongoing projects as required.
  • Respond to audience inquiries and forward program-related questions to the appropriate team members.
  • Carry out all other related tasks as needed.

Lieu de travail

This is a hybrid position with a mix of in-office and remote work. Work arrangements will be discussed with hiring managers per departmental guidelines.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
  • Two (2) years’ relevant experience.

Compétences

  • Customer relationship management (CRM) experience is an asset.
  • Familiarity with email marketing platforms is an asset.
  • Passion for media and current events, paired with a broad general knowledge base.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
  • Excellent organizational and co-ordination skills.
  • Ability to work independently, adapt quickly and demonstrate resourcefulness.
  • Creativity.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
  • Excellent command of spoken and written French.
