Our banking client is seeking an Senior Secret cleared IAM Security Architect to develop target-state IAM architecture and Zero Trust identity capabilities using Microsoft Entra ID, SailPoint, CyberArk, and Azure Key Vault
Join a cyber resilience transformation initiative within a highly regulated banking environment. This role provides senior IAM architecture, governance, and advisory services supporting enterprise identity, privileged access, and Zero Trust initiatives. The consultant will help shape strategic IAM roadmaps, non-human identity approaches, and AI agent identity governance across enterprise platforms and services. The engagement offers visibility across cybersecurity, cloud, infrastructure, application, and enterprise architecture teams.

Exigences
Must Haves
- 5+ years in information technology, IAM, or cyber security
- 3+ years as an IAM architect or identity security consultant within regulated environments
- Microsoft Entra ID, SailPoint, CyberArk, Azure Key Vault, and Zero Trust identity architecture
- IAM governance, privileged access management, authentication, authorization, and identity governance controls
- University Degree or College Diploma in computer science, information security, engineering, or a related field
Atouts
Nice to Have
- Financial sector or highly regulated environment experience
- TOGAF, SABSA, or comparable enterprise architecture frameworks
- CISSP, CISM, Microsoft, SailPoint, CyberArk, TOGAF, or SABSA certifications
Responsabilités
- Provide IAM guidance, advisory, and architecture services supporting cyber resilience initiatives
- Develop IAM strategic direction, target-state architecture, and roadmaps
- Lead Zero Trust identity initiatives across users, workloads, applications, devices, services, and AI-enabled solutions
- Establish IAM standards and design patterns for identity governance, lifecycle management, and privileged access
- Develop approaches for non-human identities including service accounts, workload identities, APIs, secrets, certificates, and machine-to-machine access
- Review solution designs, implementation approaches, and technical deliverables from project teams and service providers
- Produce architecture deliverables, governance artifacts, standards, roadmaps, and executive recommendations
