We have a requirement for a Senior Change Management Advisor, Specialized in Agile.

A brief Job Description:

  • The client is seeking a strategic partner with deep expertise in information resources governance and change management to support the successful delivery of its organizational and digital transformation initiatives. The mandate aims to strengthen governance, accelerate change adoption, and maximize the value of transformation initiatives through specialized advisory services tailored to the scale and complexity of the organization.

Exigences

  • The resource must have a minimum of eight (8) years of experience in the application of agile frameworks, agile coaching, or change management, including at least five (5) years of experience specifically in change management for agile transformations.
  • Within the last five years, the resource must have served as a Senior Change Management Advisor specialized in Agile, supporting managers through one or more engagements totaling at least 440 person-days. The engagements presented must meet all of the following conditions:
    • a. Each engagement must have had a minimum scope of 220 person-days;
    • b. The resource's minimum contribution must have been 60 person-days per engagement;
    • c. The engagements must have been performed within organizations of a large scale.
  • Within the last five years, the resource must have completed two engagements involving the production of one or more of the following deliverables in an agile environment, with a minimum contribution of 60 person-days per engagement:
    • a. Change management assessment, including stakeholder analysis, change readiness assessment, and competency development needs analysis;
    • b. Change management strategy, including the guiding principles and target outcomes for the agile transformation;
    • c. Change management plan, including a roadmap of activities required to achieve strategic objectives (e.g., an enterprise agile deployment roadmap integrating change management activities);
    • d. Leadership coaching and support plans designed to develop leaders' change management capabilities;
    • e. Training strategy and training materials;
    • f. Reports and presentations related to agile change management prepared for executive or management committee
