Description du poste

  • Develop, deploy, and manage automated marketing campaigns in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (email, SMS, in-app), in accordance with CRM best practices and legal requirements (e.g., consent).
  • Manage and monitor the campaign schedule to ensure a seamless, consistent, and balanced customer experience.
  • Contribute to the continuous optimization of CRM strategies based on observed performance metrics (open rates, click-through rates, conversions, engagement).
  • Create, execute, and maintain SMS campaigns to effectively reach targeted audiences, following best practices.
  • Conduct A/B tests (content, targeting, timing), analyze the results, and propose concrete improvements to maximize performance.
  • Collaborate on the production of reports and dashboards to track key KPIs and support decision-making.

Qualifications

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, e-commerce, information technology, or a related field.
  • 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role in CRM, digital marketing, or relationship marketing (including relevant internships).

Technical Skills

  • Proficiency in basic SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
  • Experience with a CRM tool (Marketing Cloud, HubSpot, Klaviyo, etc.).
  • Understanding of marketing concepts related to customer journey automation.
  • Strong interest in building multichannel campaigns.

Analytical and Cross-Functional Skills

  • Excellent analytical and performance measurement skills (reporting, tracking KPIs).
  • Diligence, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills.
  • Curiosity, a willingness to learn, and a solutions-oriented mindset.
  • Comfortable working in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

Languages

  • Advanced French and English (spoken and written) – frequent interactions with partners and teams outside of Quebec.
