Duration: 5 months to start

Location: Hybrid – 1-2 days per week on site – Montreal location

Join a large-scale post-merger integration initiative supporting complex transformation work within the Financial Services sector. This role will take ownership of a fast-moving integration workstream, coordinating cross-functional teams across HR, IT, Finance, and Legal while managing timelines, risks, and executive-level communications. The position offers high visibility within a complex consulting engagement requiring strong coordination across multiple interdependent workstreams.

Must Haves

  • 5+ years in post-merger integration programs and project management
  • Bilingual French/English communication in complex stakeholder environments
  • Integration master plans, timelines, milestones, and risk & issue management
  • Cross-functional coordination across HR, IT, Finance, and Legal workstreams
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) or Scrum Master credentials preferred

Nice to Have

  • Montreal-based with onsite availability 1–2 days per week
  • Senior-level experience managing complex workstreams with multiple interdependencies
  • Financial Services sector experience

Responsibilities

  • Build and manage integration master plans, timelines, and milestones
  • Align HR, IT, Finance, and Legal workstreams to track deliverables
  • Identify operational bottlenecks and track interdependencies
  • Escalate project roadblocks to executive leadership
  • Monitor financial and strategic targets tied to integration objectives
  • Facilitate status updates between acquired teams, leadership groups, and internal departments
