Our client is a Montreal-based fashion & apparel company. With over 30 years in business, they are a leader in retail across Quebec.
They are looking for an Accounts Payable Specialist to join their team on a contractual basis. This is 2-3 month contract to assist the team through the summer months. It can be a part time position, with 3-4 days of work per week.
Responsabilités
- Print and distribute emails and other documents as required.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls promptly and professionally.
- Prepare, manage, and follow up on correspondence.
- File, organize, and maintain electronic and paper records.
- Provide dictation support and produce accurate written documents.
- Support the team with other administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in a similar position
- Experience with Excel
- Experience with accounting software (Business Central is preferred)
- Strong attention to detail
- Clear communication skills
