As an Ultra Luxe Fragrance Expert, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional luxury experience, engaging clients through inspiring storytelling and introducing them to our universe of fragrance and craftsmanship. You will be a true brand ambassador, guiding clients through the product range and ensuring they leave with more than just a purchase – a memorable experience.
You will be responsible for driving sales, fostering long-term client relationships, and actively contributing to the success of the store. Additionally, you will take the initiative in creating inspiring in-store experiences, ensuring every client interaction is unique and engaging.

Drive Sales G Category Performance + Client Engagement
- Welcoming and advising clients, ensuring a personalized and engaging experience. Create and foster a welcoming and luxurious environment that reflects the high standards of our luxury fragrance brands.
- Developing long-term relationships to improve client loyalty, leveraging sales/education tools and brand storytelling.
- Acquiring deep knowledge of every product and the brand itself to act as a true expert. Provide expert knowledge to our clients on luxury fragrance brands and products.
- Proactively cross-selling to introduce clients to our full product universe across categories.
- Staying ahead of trends and product knowledge to confidently guide customers.
- Taking initiative in creating unique in-store experiences that immerse clients in the universe of luxury fragrance.
- Achieving daily sales goals and contributing to the overall store success.
- Lead by example, demonstrating best practices in client service, product knowledge, and sales techniques.
Operational Standards - Fragrance
- Ensure the luxe fragrance and fragrance area is impeccably maintained, with products well-stocked and displays visually appealing.
- Manage inventory levels and conduct regular stock checks.
- Oversee the implementation of visual merchandising guidelines to enhance client experience.
Event Support:
- Occasionally support other store launches and special events, ensuring seamless execution and exceptional client experiences.
Brand Representation:
- Serve as a brand ambassador, representing the luxury fragrance brands with professionalism and enthusiasm.
- Uphold appearance and uniform standards to maintain a professional and luxurious image.
- Stay informed about industry trends, new product launches, and competitor activities.

Working Conditions
Able to lift 50 lbs. / Standing for a majority of the workday. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Within Retail, occasionally at Field Support Centers and Training Venues.
Environment: Must be comfortable in store with high use of fragrance
Travel on occasion within [Province] (Potentially within Canada / US for Education Opportunities)
Qualifications
- Proven experience in luxury fragrance sales (at least 1 year). Passion for luxury fragrance and a keen sense of style.
- Exceptional client service, engagement and interpersonal skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong ability to connect with clients through storytelling and product knowledge.
- Confident in cross-selling and creating personalized recommendations.
- A proactive mindset with a passion for creating engaging in-store experiences.
- Flexible, yet punctual and reliable.
