Description du poste

We are looking for a Senior DevOps & Python Platform Engineer to design, build, and support enterprise content management platforms. This role combines Python development, Java, DevOps, platform engineering, automation, and production support to deliver secure, scalable, and highly available enterprise solutions.

Responsabilités clés

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise applications and automation using Python (Java is a plus).
• Build integrations, reusable libraries, and platform automation.
• Deploy, configure, and support enterprise content management platforms such as Alfresco, SharePoint Embedded, and Box.
• Provide Level 3 production support and troubleshoot complex distributed systems.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, security, vendors, and development teams.
• Create architecture documentation, release notes, and operational runbooks.
• Participate in on-call production support and drive platform improvements.
• Perform code reviews, mentor engineers, and promote development best practices.

Exigences

• 8+ years of Software Engineering, Platform Engineering, or DevOps experience.
• 5+ years of hands-on Python development.
• Working knowledge of Java.
• Strong DevOps experience including Git, CI/CD, Release Management.
• Linux and/or Windows administration.
• SQL Server and SQL development.
• Networking fundamentals and load balancing.
• Experience troubleshooting distributed enterprise applications.
• Agile/Scrum and Jira.

Compétences préférées

• Enterprise Content Management (Alfresco, SharePoint Embedded, Box, Google Workspace).
• GitHub Copilot, Claude, GPT, Gemini, or other GenAI development tools.
• Tomcat and Apache Web Server.
• Kubernetes, Podman, Docker.
• Maven or Gradle.
• Ansible.
• OAuth, OIDC, SAML, Kerberos, Mutual TLS.
• Event-driven architecture and messaging technologies.
• Snowflake.

Qualifications

• Must be eligible to work in Canada (Canadian Citizen, Permanent Resident, Open Work Permit, or Closed Work Permit).
• Background Check is Mandatory.
• Face-to-Face Interview Required.
• Must be available to work in a hybrid model from Montreal.
• Must be willing to attend a mandatory pre-joining meet-and-greet with client before the assignment begins.
