Description du poste
- Operate and monitor production equipment while maintaining quality standards
- Make machine adjustments, perform troubleshooting, diagnose issues, and carry out minor repairs to ensure the facility’s equipment operates efficiently
• The candidate will be trained on the day or night shift (training flexibility required) - Complete setups and preventative maintenance to reduce downtime
- Use tools and measuring devices to maintain product specifications
- Complete daily production and maintenance reports
- Maintain a clean and safe workplace and follow safety regulations
- Communicate issues and priorities during shift change
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in manufacturing or automated production
- Strong industrial mechanical aptitude (electrical knowledge is a plus)
- Strong communication and teamwork
- Basic computer skills (ERP/Microsoft tools a plus)
⭐ Concrete manufacturing experience is a plus (Masa, Hess, Columbia, etc.)
