Our financial services client is seeking a Senior Digital Project Manager to oversee end-to-end delivery of digital marketing and e-commerce initiatives, partnering with Product Management and Service Delivery team (Remote; Canada) [-56]

Overview:

This role manages digital product development and production, building e-retailer relationships, running UAT, and overseeing content delivery across brand marketing campaigns. The PM serves as the liaison between technical and non-technical stakeholders, working under a Digital Program/Program Manager within a small team (1-5).

Exigences (Must Haves)

  • 7-10 years of professional Project Management experience, including 4+ years within a digital agency
  • One of the following certifications:PMP, PMI, CSM, SCRUM, ACP, PRINCE, PSM, MBA, QA
  • Experience building e-retailer/brand relationships, scoping projects, and managing digital content delivery
  • Marketing campaign execution, multi-channel marketing campaigns, and digital product development

Atouts (Nice to Have)

  • Content management system experience, Jira and Confluence preferred
  • Consumer-based web and mobile environments
  • Experience with vendor onboarding/paperwork — MSAs, SOWs, Info Sec reviews
  • Familiarity with PMO project management methodology

Responsabilités

  • UAT, scoping, and content delivery
  • Ensures risk mitigation through compliance with agreed processes for quality, compliance, and cost tracking
  • Assigns resource responsibilities and develops schedules to ensure timely project completion
  • Identifies problems and interdependencies affecting deadlines and takes corrective action, knowing the appropriate escalation path
  • Communicates project details and requirements to stakeholders across brand organizations and senior management
  • Gathers requirements with client/business units on timelines, budgets, resource availability, and risk
  • Assists with onboarding and paperwork processes for external vendors
  • Follows PMO project management methodology and develops/manages project scope statements
