Description du poste
La personne participe au processus de prise d’inventaire, conversions (change over) et monitorat de nos nouveaux employé(e)s sur la gestion d’inventaire. Travaille en étroite collaboration avec le(la) gérant(e) de district des opérations et spécialiste des opérations magasins sur différents projets. Supporte les magasins dans la gestion d’inventaire, des retours classification, moulages et défectueux. Peut être mandaté(e) pour former nos commis manutentionnaire dans tous nos magasins corporatifs. Peut être une ressource offerte aux magasins associés et partenaires pour leur prises d’inventaire.
- Participe aux projets d’acquisition de la région concernant les mouvements d’inventaires.
- La personne doit être un support pour les gérants.es de magasins dans leurs gestions d’inventaire et l’exécution des retours de classification, moulages et défectueux. Formation des commis manutentionnaires dans nos magasins corporatifs
- Travaille avec tous les magasins corporatifs et la firme externe pour la prise d’inventaire annuel des magasins. Se déplace dans chacun des magasins durant la prise d’inventaire.
- Remplacement temporaire dans les succursales comme commis manutentionnaire et support opérationnel pour les magasins en difficulté.
Qualifications requises
Pour vous joindre à notre équipe, il faut, entre autres :
- 5 ans d’expérience dans la gestion des opérations de magasins,
- Connaissance du système TAMS (un atout)
- Connaissance du processus d’inventaire;
- Connaissances de nos procédures de retours de magasins et crédit clients.
- Relations interpersonnelles, sens de l’organisation, aptitudes techniques
