Responsabilités

  • Greet and assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures during overnight hours, providing exceptional customer service with enthusiasm and professionalism.
  • Manage multi-line phone systems, respond to guest inquiries, and handle reservations with clarity and efficiency.
  • Conduct nightly audits of guest accounts to ensure accuracy in billing and financial records while maintaining confidentiality.
  • Monitor security cameras, perform safety checks around the property, and address any security concerns promptly.
  • Prepare detailed shift reports, incident logs, and financial summaries to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Assist guests with special requests, provide local information, and foster positive guest relations to enhance their stay.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization at the front desk area while adhering to hotel policies and procedures.

Exigences

  • Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations, preferably in resort or hotel environments.
  • Strong customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude and excellent phone etiquette.
  • Ability to handle multi-line phone systems efficiently and professionally.
