À propos de l’opportunité
- Gérer et maintenir un calendrier exécutif complexe, y compris planifier et prioriser des réunions, des rendez-vous et des engagements sur plusieurs fuseaux horaires
- Coordonner et réserver les arrangements de voyage nationaux et internationaux, y compris les vols, l’hébergement, le transport terrestre et les itinéraires, avec un souci méticuleux du détail
- Traiter et rapprocher les notes de frais et dépenses de voyage à l’aide de Concur
- Coordonner les réunions et communications avec les investisseurs au nom du SVP, en faisant l’interface avec les parties prenantes internes et externes de manière professionnelle et opportune
- Assister à certaines réunions aux côtés du SVP, en capturant les points clés, les éléments d’action et les suivis au besoin
- Agir comme gardien et point de contact de confiance, en gérant les communications et la correspondance avec un haut degré de confidentialité
- Assurer la gestion des documents et les flux de travail administratifs à l’aide de SAP
- Anticiper les besoins du SVP et gérer proactivement les priorités afin d’assurer des opérations quotidiennes fluides
- S’adapter facilement aux priorités changeantes et aux demandes urgentes — ce rôle fonctionne au-delà d’un horaire traditionnel de 9 h à 17 h
À propos de vous
- Expérience éprouvée en tant qu’assistant(e) exécutif(ve) soutenant la direction générale ou des responsables seniors, idéalement dans un environnement d’entreprise coté en bourse, de type corporate, ou lié aux marchés des capitaux
- Maîtrise bilingue du français et de l’anglais (écrit et verbal) obligatoire
- Expérience pratique avec Concur (voyage & dépenses) et SAP
- Excellentes compétences d’organisation et de gestion du temps, avec une forte capacité à jongler avec plusieurs tâches sous pression
- Forte intelligence émotionnelle, maturité professionnelle, et capacité à faire preuve de discernement avec des informations sensibles
- Esprit proactif orienté solutions, sens de l’urgence et grande attention aux détails
- À l’aise avec des déplacements occasionnels et de la flexibilité en dehors des heures d’affaires standard
- Ouvert aux candidats de tout secteur, pourvu qu’ils apportent le bon niveau de professionnalisme et d’expérience de soutien exécutif
