Position: ServiceNow Solution Architect (Bi-lingual French / English)
Location: Hybrid, 3 days in office (Montreal Downtown)
Structure: Contract 12 months to start
Pay: $115.00 - $120.00 p/h inc.

Livrables

• Lead the architecture, modernization strategy, and enterprise design of the ServiceNow platform, driving adoption of best practices, reducing technical debt, and enabling scalable, business-aligned digital workflows across the organization.
• Design and implement target-state architectures for ServiceNow modules including CMDB, Discovery, ITOM, ITSM, Hardware Asset Management (HAM), Software Asset Management (SAM), Risk Management, Vendor Management, and related platform capabilities.
• Develop architecture roadmaps, governance frameworks, reference architectures, integration patterns, and modernization plans that improve platform reliability, performance, maintainability, automation, and AI readiness.
• Provide technical leadership, architecture governance, vendor oversight, solution reviews, and Architecture Review Board (ARB) support while mentoring delivery teams and ensuring alignment with enterprise standards, security requirements, and business objectives.

Expérience requise

• 10+ years of progressive experience in enterprise architecture, solution architecture, consulting, design, and implementation of complex enterprise technology solutions, including significant ServiceNow platform expertise.
• Proven experience leading full lifecycle ServiceNow implementations and modernization initiatives involving CMDB, Discovery, HAM, SAM, ITOM, ITSM, CSDM, Risk Management, Vendor Management, and enterprise workflow automation.
• Strong expertise in ServiceNow architecture, platform governance, integration design, data models, service mapping, discovery strategies, Common Service Data Model (CSDM), and platform optimization.
• Hands-on experience designing enterprise integrations using SSO, SAML, LDAP, REST APIs, Web Services, JDBC, ODBC, FTPS, and other integration technologies while operating within Agile, Scrum, Kanban, DevOps, and CI/CD environments.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related discipline, with strong experience creating technology roadmaps, reference architectures, business cases, RFP evaluations, architecture governance, and executive-level stakeholder engagement.
