Role: Desktop Support / EUC Engineer – Windows 10 Administrator
Skills: Desktop Management – Infrastructure Services (IS)

Role Description
Proficiency in English.
Excellent communication skills, handling customers and matching the pace.
Windows 10 Administrator with MECM image management and deployment experience.
Understanding of EUC role and field services.
Strong experience in image management.
Expertise with System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) components including Operating System Deployment (OSD/MDT), Software Distribution, and Hardware/Software Inventories.
Expertise in maintaining and troubleshooting Windows (client and server) operating systems.
Strong knowledge of Windows 10 client operating systems.
Good knowledge of ServiceNow, MS Office, remote support, mobility, antivirus, and engineering services.
Experience managing iOS, Windows, and Android devices in a global environment.
