Job Description The D2C website E-Merchandising (Webmaster & CX Optimization) expert is responsible for executing e-merchandizing activations for the brand(s). The specialist is dedicated to, and ensuring set up of promotion, product launches and optimizing UX experience while reaching site performance KPIs. The e-merchandising specialist will work closely with other Webmasters and the Head of Merch to share best practices and improve merchandizing across all brands.
Responsabilités
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
Livraison de Merchandizing
- Set up promotions and new product PDP (product detail pages) & Landing pages using Salesforce Commerce Cloud.
- Activation of site personalization, features, promotions, PDPs, landing pages, content, articles
- Execute configuration of EINSTEIN recommender within Salesforce Commerce Cloud.
- Ticket resolution for Salesforce Merch projects
Services CX Optimization
- Execute site optimization for URL/journeys, SEO and Search, content
- Support customer services to respond to CX Content & Promotion related queries
Maintenance & Testing
- Implementing content A/B testing
- Ad-hoc & planned end-to-end testing and QA
- Site Quota management and clean up
- Product catalogue management
Platform Management
- Execute 3rd party apps for promotions.
- Activate pop-up strategies.
