• Client is seeking a Senior Business Architect whose primary mandate is to define and formalize the requirements related to prioritized initiatives, prioritizing the implementation teams. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Enterprise Architect business architecture deliverables, demonstrating a structured and practical approach, not just conceptual experience.
• The client explicitly values the ability to synthesize information and formulate recommendations for decision-making, positioning this role at the interface between initiative governance and execution.
• The requirement of five years of experience in business architecture and transformation programs, combined with knowledge of the insurance sector as a significant asset, indicates that the client prioritizes someone with a mature methodology, with industry knowledge as a differentiating factor.
• The ideal candidate has delivered business architectures within the context of large-scale organizational transformations, ideally in the insurance sector.

WHAT WE DON'T WANT

• Candidates without concrete experience in formal business architecture (business analyst, generalist consultant, or project manager without architecture deliverables).
• Candidates who have not worked with Enterprise Architect or without experience with an equivalent structured architecture tool.
• Candidates with less than 5 years of business architecture experience, regardless of total experience.
• Candidates without experience in a transformation program context (one-off projects only).
• Candidates without a bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.
