Solution Architect Duration: 12 Months Location: Montreal, QC
- Promote and apply Salesforce best practices for FSC implementations in a financial services and lending context
- Review and challenge architecture decisions proposed by implementation teams to ensure alignment with enterprise standards and best practices
- Recommend architecture solutions in collaboration with delivery teams to support end-to-end project implementation
- Lead the definition of Salesforce architecture across data and integration layers, with a focus on lending workflows
- Design end-to-end solutions for complex LOS processes, including application intake, analysis, authorization, amendments, etc.
- Define and drive integration strategies (API-led, event-driven) across enterprise systems (e.g., document management, external services)
- Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture, data governance, security, and compliance requirements
- Establish and enforce architecture standards, governance frameworks, and best practices across the Salesforce ecosystem
- Participate in architecture governance activities, including design reviews and decision-making forums
- Collaborate with architects across projects to manage dependencies and ensure cohesive solution design
- Advise stakeholders on scalable, secure, and compliant FSC solutions aligned with business objectives
- Partner with technical teams, vendors, and integrators to deliver integrated and sustainable solutions
