Description du poste

We are seeking a highly skilled individual to manage L2/L3 support for SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) and related modules. The ideal candidate will be responsible for resolving incidents, fulfilling service requests, managing minor enhancements, and ensuring data quality and integrations are stable against SLAs.

Exigences

• SuccessFactors Employee Central certification
• Bilingual in English and French
• 3 years of experience in each required skill
• University education
• Prior work experience at client or in client's industry

Qualifications préférées

• Exposure to EC Payroll, Time Off/Timesheet, Recruiting/Onboarding, and Position Management

Responsabilités au quotidien

• Incident & Service Request Management: Triage, troubleshoot, and resolve EC issues within SLA; create quality knowledge articles.
• Change & Enhancement Delivery: Gather requirements, configure EC, run regression testing, and deploy via change control.
• Data Quality & Compliance: Execute and reconcile employee data loads, mass updates, and audits; ensure GDPR/PII compliance and SoD controls.
• Integrations Support: Monitor and fix SAP Integration Suite/CPI, API, and SFTP jobs; partner systems may include Payroll, IAM/AD, time, benefits, and downstream HR analytics.
• Release & Regression: Analyze quarterly SuccessFactors releases, assess impact, update configuration/docs, and run regression packs.
• Collaboration & Communication: Partner with HROps, Payroll, Security, and AMS vendors; provide clear updates and root cause summaries.
