Requirements
- Govern production planning and strict quality compliance tracking for aerospace standards for a large-scale S/4HANA Greenfield transformation within the Aerospace & Defense Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO) industry.
- Lead functional design workshops leveraging SAP Best Practices and industry-specific processes tailored to Aerospace & Defense requirements.
- Design and govern end-to-end business processes across maintenance, overhaul, asset management, and service operations.
- Ensure seamless integration between SAP PM/SM and other core SAP modules, eliminating data silos and enabling efficient business operations.
- Serve as the primary decision-maker for solution architecture and design governance, promoting standard SAP functionality and minimizing custom developments.
- Provide leadership, mentoring, and direction to a multidisciplinary team of functional and technical consultants.
- Manage and coordinate offshore delivery teams, ensuring timely execution, quality deliverables, and effective knowledge transfer across global time zones.
- Collaborate closely with business stakeholders and leadership teams in Montreal to translate complex operational requirements into scalable SAP solutions.
- Drive solution alignment with business objectives, industry best practices, and enterprise architecture standards throughout the project lifecycle.
