Our valued client is seeking a SAP Techno Functional Analyst to support sustainment and functional integration within the SAP ECC 6.0 and SAP S4 Hana environment

Join a well-established aerospace support team maintaining mission-critical enterprise systems across SAP modules in a dynamic technology environment. This position focuses on sustainment activities including reporting, testing, documentation, and customer support within the Ottawa-based operations. The role offers cross-functional collaboration across technical and business teams ensuring integration of HR, Finance, Procurement, and Production modules. Flexibility around onsite work is available for the successful candidate.

1 year contract Contract, with strong possibility of extension

Working hours: 40 hours a week, Est time zone

Exigences

Must Haves

  • SAP ECC 6.0 and SAP S4 Hana including implementation and sustainment activities
  • Strong SAP Materials Management (MM) experience
  • SAP Warehouse Management (WM) or Extended Warehouse Management (EWM)
  • Experience supporting warehouse, inventory, logistics, shipping, and supply chain processes
  • Proficiency in SAP Configuration, functional testing, and documentation
  • Ability to perform incident analysis and apply industry rules and practices

Nice to Have

  • Experience working within highly regulated industries such as aerospace, defense, manufacturing, or government environments.
  • Ability to operate efficiently in fast-paced environments
  • Experience with software development life cycle
  • Strong customer service orientation and communication skills

Responsabilités

  • Interpret and document functional system requirements from end users
  • Create and execute test plans, training materials, and user documentation
  • Monitor, triage, and resolve incidents through Service Central
  • Manage roles and authorizations in collaboration with the BASIS team
  • Develop and enhance custom reports
  • Comply with established change control processes
  • Support identification and communication of project issues and risks
