À propos du poste
We are seeking a Mainframe Production Support Analyst to provide operational support for enterprise financial applications running in IBM mainframe environments.
Note importante – Expérience BFSI requise
Candidates must have experience supporting production systems within Banking, Financial Services, Insurance, Payments, Capital Markets, or Wealth Management organizations.
Candidates without BFSI industry experience will not be considered.
Responsabilités clés
- Monitor production applications and batch processing.
- Troubleshoot incidents and service disruptions.
- Support daily operations and production releases.
- Analyze system performance issues.
- Coordinate with development and infrastructure teams.
- Ensure compliance with operational procedures.
Qualifications requises
- 5+ years of Mainframe Support experience.
- Knowledge of COBOL, JCL, CICS, and DB2.
- Experience with incident and problem management.
- Strong troubleshooting skills.
