Sr. Storage Engineer with focus on Pure Storage-Onsite

Core Technical Skills:
- Strong hands-on experience with Pure Storage FlashArray / FlashBlade
- Storage protocols: Fibre Channel, iSCSI, NFS, SMB
- Data protection: snapshots, replication, DR strategies
- Integration with VMware, Hyper-V, and enterprise applications
- Pure Certified FlashArray Implementation Specialist (FAIS)
- Pure Certified FlashArray Support Specialist
- Pure Storage FlashBlade Implementation Specialist (if applicable)
- Purity software enablement and initial startup on an X20 (FC attached)
- Perform local HA testing between Pure controllers
- Advanced Pure Storage configuration as per LLD (2x X50, 3x X20)
- Install Pure Storage vSphere Client Plugin
- Provision and test datastore via plugin
- Create required storage pools
- Setup RBAC directory services
- Enable security policies
- Configure site-to-site replication (X50 to X50, X20 to X20)
- Test and validate HA failover configuration across sites in a VMware environment using test VMs
- Assist with documenting runbooks for planned failover and failback
- Support various test cases based on documented test plans
- Support as-built documentation updates
- Provide post-implementation support (~4 6 hours) for bug fixes, configuration changes, etc.
