Our client is a growing Canadian organization specialized in technology hardware, unified communications and broadband solutions. Working closely with channel partners, resellers, integrators and solution providers, the company continues to expand its presence across Quebec and other French-speaking markets in Canada.

As part of its continued growth, the organization is currently seeking a bilingual Account Executive with a strong business development mindset and a passion for solution sales.

This role is focused on strategic account development, new business acquisition and market expansion within Quebec and other French-speaking territories.

The ideal candidate is a relationship-driven sales professional with strong hunting capabilities, experience in B2B solution sales environments and the ability to open doors with new clients and partners.

Reporting directly to the Vice President of Business Development, this position offers strong long-term growth potential within a fast-growing organization.

Principales responsabilités

  • Develop new business opportunities across Quebec and French-speaking territories
  • Build strategic relationships with clients and channel partners
  • Prospect and expand within existing accounts using a “Land & Expand” sales approach
  • Generate pipeline through outbound business development activities
  • Maintain CRM discipline and opportunity tracking
  • Collaborate closely with leadership, internal teams and vendor partners
  • Participate in client meetings, industry events and business development activities

Compensation et environnement

  • Total compensation approximately $80K–$90K+ depending on performance
  • Commission structure and quarterly incentives
  • Hybrid setup for Montreal-area candidates (Office in Laval)
  • Fully remote flexibility possible for candidates outside Montreal
  • Travel occasionally required for client meetings and industry events

Compétences et qualifications

  • Strong B2B sales and account development background
  • Hunter mentality with experience opening new opportunities
  • Strong knowledge of the Quebec market and excellent communication skills in both French and English
  • Experience in technology hardware, telecom, IT distribution, MSP or channel sales considered a strong asset
  • Strong negotiation, communication and relationship-building skills
  • Organized, proactive and positive personality
  • Comfortable in solution-based sales environments
