Salary: $44,082 - 94,770 per year

Exigences

• We require 7+ years of experience in technical program management, engineering program leadership, or a closely related senior role.
• We seek a proven track record of coordinating cross-functional programs spanning hardware and software.
• We need strong technical fluency, with the ability to read code, understand architecture, and collaborate effectively with engineers without needing to write code.
• We value excellent communication and influencing skills, including the ability to build alignment without direct authority.
• We require experience managing inter-team dependencies and execution risks across multiple workstreams.
• We require full professional proficiency in both English and French.
• We consider experience with connected embedded systems, IoT, manufacturing programs, or cloud platforms an asset.
• Familiarity with Agile methods and modern delivery tools is a plus.
• Exposure to regulatory or compliance-driven development environments is also an advantage.

Responsabilités

• We own end-to-end execution of complex hardware and software programs from concept through launch.
• We translate product strategy into structured execution plans built around dependencies and deliverables.
• We create and maintain integrated schedules across hardware, firmware, cloud, validation, suppliers, and manufacturing.
• We identify risks early and lead mitigation efforts before issues become blockers.
• We align engineering capacity with product priorities and business ambition.
• We facilitate planning and decision-making forums that resolve issues and move work forward.
• We provide leadership with clear visibility into what will ship, when it will ship, and the reasons behind it.
• We improve delivery predictability while preserving innovation and momentum.
• We help coordinate development efforts so teams operate in a more connected and supported way.
• We manage collaboration across functions to keep programs coherent and on track.
