- MECM Image management | deployment
- Expertise with System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) components | Operating System Deployment (OSD MDT) | Software Distribution | Hardware Software Inventories
- Experience working with Service Now ITSM tool | MS Office
- Experience in Remote Support | Mobility | Antivirus | Engineering Services
- Experience in Vulnerability management
- Experience with managing iOS | Windows | Android devices in a Global environment
- Passionate | Self-motivated and driven | with keen attention to detail | action-and-results oriented
- Excellent interpersonal | verbal and written communication skills as well as strong logical | analytical | problem-solving and reporting skills
- Able to prioritize and execute tasks in a fast-paced environment
