Join a growing professional services organization, where you will be at the heart of positioning, visibility, and business development. In an agile and flat structure, you will work closely with decision-makers to deliver national caliber content and initiatives while implementing tools and governance that will evolve the function.

Responsibilities — key deliverables and expected impact

  • Define positioning and key messages to increase the visibility and credibility of the organization in its target markets.
  • Deploy internal and external communication plans, including oversight of the web and social media.
  • Ensure practice managers produce and disseminate content aligned with business priorities.
  • Drive rankings, directories, and awards, as well as the collection and highlighting of representative mandates.
  • Structure the editorial calendar, track KPIs, and adjust priorities to support marketing and business development objectives.
  • Implement and govern the CRM, including selection, implementation, and pipeline tracking.
  • Produce and guide strategic presentations and proposals, supported by market research, competitive intelligence, and sponsorship evaluation.

Profile sought — essential requirements and leadership style

  • Have 10+ years of relevant experience in communications, marketing, and business development.
  • Demonstrate essential B2B experience, ideally in professional services (legal services preferred).
  • Master writing and positioning to deliver high-caliber content and proposals.
  • Work in French (primary language) and use English to serve external clients and partners and prepare client-facing documents.
  • Exhibit judgment and discretion in a demanding and confidentiality-oriented environment.
  • Influence with business credibility and relational intelligence with high-level stakeholders.
  • Act with pragmatism, autonomy, collaboration, and strong execution capability in an evolving context.
