A career as a Senior Transformation Advisor in the Strategy and Transformation – Capital Markets Operations team at National Bank means playing a key role in modernizing operations by optimizing processes, data and systems. Your role

  • Contribute to delivering business initiatives by operationalizing, simplifying, or automating financial markets processes
  • Identify business needs and recommend viable, data-driven solutions
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement and support cross-functional process management through concrete actions
  • Manage stakeholders and priorities while ensuring strategic alignment across initiatives
  • Communicate results, issues, and risks to leadership proactively, in an advisory capacity
  • Facilitate workshops to redesign team activities and support the adoption of new processes

Your team

Reporting to the Senior Manager – Strategy and Transformation, you are part of a large team of advisors who contribute to large-scale projects, working with multidisciplinary teams and representing the sector in various Bank initiatives. Prerequisites

  • Bachelor’s degree in administration, finance, engineering or a related field with at least 7 years of relevant experience, OR a Master’s degree with 5 years of relevant experience
  • Demonstrated leadership and ability to bring stakeholders together around a shared vision
  • Experience in operational transformation, continuous improvement or change management
  • Knowledge of financial markets
  • Communication skills and experience facilitating workshops
  • Expertise in documenting business processes and business requirements
  • Analytical mindset, attention to detail, and creativity in solving complex problems
Languages: English, French Reason to require this language: you will need to work closely with our colleagues outside Quebec.
