I’m looking for someone trustworthy, discreet, organized, and proactive who can take ownership of the home and keep everything running smoothly without needing constant direction. This is not a cleaning-only role. I already work with an agency for deep cleaning. What I need is someone who can manage the day-to-day, coordinate, and keep everything organized and flowing well.
