Title: Rally Product Support Engineer Job Type: Fixed-Term Contract (FTC) Location: Montreal (Day 1 onsite onboarding; 3 days/week in-office) Relocation: Open to candidates willing to relocate to Montreal Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Rally Product Support Engineer with strong expertise in Python scripting, REST API integrations, and workflow automation. This role involves managing integrations, automating data synchronization processes, and ensuring system reliability across Agile tools such as Rally and Jira. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in integration platforms (e.g., ConnectALL) and a solid understanding of Agile environments, along with strong troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities. Key Responsibilities - Design, configure, and automate workflows and data synchronization processes between Rally and Jira. - Develop and maintain Python scripts to extract, transform, and report data across enterprise systems (e.g., PPM tools, ServiceNow). - Ensure high availability, performance, and scalability of the Rally platform. - Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve issues related to Rally–Jira integrations. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to onboard new business units/squads onto Rally. - Optimize integration pipelines to improve efficiency and data consistency. Required Skills & Qualifications - Strong experience with RESTful APIs and programmatic integration. - Proven experience integrating APIs across enterprise systems. - Proficiency in working with JSON and other data exchange formats. - Hands-on experience with Python scripting for automation and data handling. - Experience with Rally, Jira, and ConnectALL for workflow automation and synchronization. - Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills. - Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively. - Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and working within Atlassian Jira environments. Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have) - Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and DevOps practices. - Exposure to AI tools and platforms (e.g., Anthropic Claude, OpenAI). - Experience working in large-scale enterprise environments.
