Job Title: Receiving Associate (Unloading) – Full-time Contract Location: Longueuil, QC, Canada (Onsite) Pay Rate: 18.00 20.00 CAD/hour Schedule: Full-time (30+ hours/week) Duration: 7 Month Contract Job Overview We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Receiving Associate (Unloading) to support warehouse receiving operations in Longueuil, QC. This role is responsible for unloading inbound shipments, verifying materials, documenting discrepancies, and supporting inventory processes within a fast-paced warehouse environment. Key Responsibilities - Welcome carriers and assist with inbound receiving activities at the warehouse dock - Unload inbound shipments, including parcel deliveries and light pallets using pallet jacks - Sort incoming materials and prepare receiving documentation - Verify packing list quantities and identify discrepancies or damaged materials - Document and communicate receiving issues to the Receiving Supervisor, including photo documentation when required - Support inventory labeling and material put-away activities during periods of high receiving volume - Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment - Follow warehouse safety procedures and wear required PPE at all times Qualifications - Previous warehouse or receiving experience preferred - Experience operating manual and electric pallet jacks - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Ability to read and interpret packing lists, purchase orders, quantities, and tracking information - Clear written communication skills - Ability to lift boxes up to 30 lbs - French fluency is required - English speaking and writing skills are considered an asset Work Schedule - Monday to Friday - 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM Additional Information - 100% onsite role in Longueuil, QC - Opportunity for growth within the organization - Safety equipment required, including steel-toe shoes and safety vest
