Your role

As Legal Counsel, you will play a key role in all matters related to commercial law. You will actively contribute to supporting business operations, drafting and negotiating commercial agreements, assisting with contentious matters, and helping organize and optimize the legal department’s practices. This is a highly active and diversified role.

  • Support the Director, Legal Affairs in managing and developing strategies for litigation or pre‑litigation files
  • Prepare concise analyses or summaries of legal positions
  • Act as the daily point of contact with external counsel
  • Contribute to structuring and optimizing legal department practices — a real opportunity to build
  • Identify opportunities for improvement through technological solutions, including AI‑based tools applied to law and operations (contracts, knowledge management, operational efficiency)

Why join us

  • Bachelor of Laws and member of the Bar
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in commercial and contractual law
  • Understanding of litigation processes
