Summary:
- Location: Montreal
- Work Mode: Hybrid (Day 1 onboarding onsite / in office presence 3x week)
Responsibilities:
- Automate and configure workflows and data synchronization jobs between Rally and Jira.
- Develop scripts to extract data across various IT systems (PPM, ServiceNow) and generate reports as needed.
- Ensure uptime of IT systems including performance, reliability, and scalability of the Rally product.
- Troubleshoot and debug issues related to integration between Rally and Jira.
- Collaborate with teams and stakeholders to onboard business squads/Fleets to Rally.
Requirements:
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and how to interact with them programmatically.
- Experience with API integration between any IT systems where APIs are available.
- Experience in working with JSON and other data formats for API communication.
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Experience with Rally, Jira, and Connectall for data synchronization and workflow automation.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and working with Agile teams in Atlassian JIRA.
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of SDLC and DevOps.
- Knowledge of AI (Anthropic Claude and OpenAI).
