Lead Structural Engineer

MISSION The Lead Civil/Structural Engineer will lead site and structural design efforts for mission-critical data center facilities. This role will ensure all civil and structural systems are designed to meet performance, safety, and code requirements while supporting fast-track project execution and coordination with cross-functional engineering teams. DAY TO DAY - Develop site plans including grading, drainage, roadways, and access routes - Design structural systems for data center buildings (steel, concrete, precast framing) - Engineer foundations, slabs-on-grade, and seismic/wind load systems - Coordinate routing of water, sewer, storm, and electrical utilities - Design structural supports for mission-critical equipment (generators, UPS, chillers, etc.) - Prepare structural drawings, details, and technical specifications - Support Supply Chain Management (SCM) and prefabrication teams - Participate in vendor design reviews and coordination meetings - Manage multiple project deadlines in fast-track design-build environments - Travel regularly to the United States for project support MUST HAVES - Based in Montreal, Canada or surrounding areas.
