Known for your Stakeholder Relationship expertise, you'll collaborate with stakeholders while working with our diverse, global IT and Finance teams. Your purpose - Serve as the primary liaison between IT and business stakeholders, ensuring clarity of communication, alignment of expectations, and strong, trust-based relationships. - Understand business strategies, objectives, and pain points, translating them into IT requirements, opportunities, and technology driven solutions. - Lead stakeholder engagement and adoption across major projects and services including finance systems transformation, proactively addressing resistance, shaping change narratives, and supporting business readiness activities. - Partner with business and programme leadership to define, track, and realise business benefits from ERP capabilities, ensuring stakeholder outcomes are measurable and aligned to strategic objectives. - Drive continuous service improvement, monitoring satisfaction levels, identifying recurring issues, and coordinating IT teams to implement improvements. - Oversee vendor and partner performance, managing relationships, ensuring service levels are met, coordinating escalations, and supporting contract or renewal discussions. - Support IT governance and demand management, ensuring incoming requests are prioritised in line with strategic objectives, capacity, and budget constraints. - Promote adoption and understanding of IT services, ensuring stakeholders are aware of existing capabilities, standards, and technology roadmaps. What you can bring - Strong relationship building and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage senior business leaders, influence decisions, and manage expectations effectively. - Proven experience supporting executive sponsors and steering groups, providing clear insights, trade-offs, and recommendations to enable timely decision-making in complex transformation environments. - Experience managing third-party vendors and service providers, including performance monitoring, contract adherence, SLA management, and escalation handling. - Support IT governance and demand management by shaping, challenging, and prioritising requests in line with strategic outcomes, architectural standards, and programme sequencing. - Ability to translate business needs into IT requirements, working with technical teams to ensure clarity, alignment, and feasible delivery plans. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, capable of simplifying complex technical information for non‑technical audiences. - Experience working in multidisciplinary IT environments, including large-scale ERP or transformation projects. collaborating with infrastructure, applications, security, and project teams to support end-to-end service delivery. - Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities, with experience identifying recurring issues, tracking pain points, and driving improvement across services or vendors.
