The Role This role calls for someone to come in and take ownership of multiple critical systems and operational processes across the company’s Microsoft cloud environment. You’ll play a key role in ensuring the reliability, governance, security, and operational efficiency of Azure infrastructure, Entra ID, and Intune environments, while also supporting broader operational and security initiatives across the business. The position offers a high level of autonomy and would suit someone who enjoys taking ownership, improving processes, and operating in an environment where they can have a genuine impact. Key Responsibilities - Manage and support Azure subscription operations - Oversee Azure resource monitoring, governance, backups, and RBAC - Own identity and access management processes across Entra ID - Manage endpoint administration and compliance through Intune - Handle application packaging and deployment via Intune - Support Conditional Access, MFA, and privileged access initiatives alongside InfoSec teams - Drive Azure cost optimisation and licensing efficiency initiatives - Maintain operational standards, documentation, and best practices - Support automation and operational improvements using PowerShell Requirements - 5+ years of experience working within Microsoft cloud environments - Strong hands-on experience across Azure administration - Strong knowledge of Entra ID / Azure AD - Experience managing Intune environments in production settings - Experience with device compliance, endpoint management, and Autopilot - Knowledge of Conditional Access, RBAC, MFA, and identity governance - Experience with Azure cost management and licensing optimisation - PowerShell scripting and automation experience - Ability to work independently and take ownership of operational environments For more info, reach out via:
