Communications Specialist – PLM Team Location: Downtown Montreal – Hybrid (1–2 days/week onsite) Duration: 7 months with possible extension Hours: 40 hours/week Pay Rate: CAD $75–80/hr (Independent Contractor) Job Summary We are seeking a Communications Specialist with strong experience in digital transformation and change communications to support the PLM Transformation Team, including Teamcenter implementation initiatives. The candidate will be responsible for developing communication strategies, training communications, stakeholder messaging, and user adoption content to support enterprise-wide transformation programs. Minimum Qualifications / Mandatory Requirements - 5+ years of experience in digital communications, change communications, content strategy, or related field - Bachelor’s degree required - Strong experience supporting digital transformation or enterprise system implementation projects (e.g., Teamcenter, PLM, ERP, OCM initiatives) - Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and French (Spanish is an asset) - Experience creating presentations, FAQs, guides, user communications, messaging frameworks, and training-related content - Ability to simplify technical/IT concepts into clear business-friendly communication - Experience collaborating with Organizational Change Management (OCM) teams and business stakeholders - Proficiency with Outlook, SharePoint, Microsoft 365, and communication/collaboration tools - Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional communication skills - Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced hybrid environment in Downtown Montreal
