Job Description:

Experienced (mid-level to senior level) who can efficiently manage Python scripting and ideally having worked with REST API's. The ideal candidate should have a strong technical background in scripting and integration workflow automation, data synchronization between Jiracloud and Rally via Connectall integration. This role requires problem-solving skills, and automation expertise.

Primary Responsibilities:

1. Automate/Configure workflows and data synchronization jobs between Rally and Jira.
2. Develop scripts to extract data across various IT systems (PPM+, ServiceNow) and generate reports as needed Ensure uptime of IT systems including performance, reliability, and scalability of Rally product
3. Troubleshoot and debug issues related to integration between Rally and Jira.
4. Collaborate with teams and stakeholders to onboard business squads/Fleets to Rally

Required Skills & Qualifications:

1. Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and how to interact with them programmatically.
2. API integration between any IT Systems where API are available
3. Experience in working with JSON and other data formats for API communication.
4. Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
5. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
6. Experience with Rally, Jira and Connectall for data synchronization and workflow automation.
7. Knowledge of Agile methodologies and working with Agile teams in Atlassian JIRA

Nice to have:

1. Knowledge of SDLC and DevOps as a plus
2. Knowledge of AI as a plus ( Anthropic Claude and OpenAI)
